Valentine’s Day Flower Craft

Thanks to my girl Martha, I decided to do a craft for Valentine’s day.

I love this project for many reasons: 1. I love being crafty!  2. this craft is easy  3. It’s fast  4. and best of all, it’s very inexpensive!

So, here we go…Valentine’s day flowers that will last all year!

What you’ll need:

  • Crafting wire (or pipe cleaners)
  • floral tape
  • a few sheets of tissue paper
  • scissors
  • small globe ornaments (or Styrofoam balls)

1. Cut the tissue paper into rectangles (approximately 5″x 2″ depending on the size of the globe ornament)

2. Twist the tissue paper around the globe3. Snip off one end of each petal

4. Gather the petals together (smaller petals in the center) and secure with craft wire

5. cover stem of the flower with floral tape5. Ta-Da

Happy Monday and Happy (almost) Valentine’s Day
