Ceramic Owls | Before & After

I’ve mentioned before that I love a good before & after, so I found another project to satisfy my crafting urges.

I start most projects with some sort of inspiration and I’ve recently seen lots of ceramic owls around. Take these for example, from West Elm….

cute, right?!

Well, when a found a little owl figurine at a thrift store for $1.50, I knew this was a craft I had to try. All you need is spray paint and something to spray. The total cost for this project was about $7.50 (but if you use a Michael’s or JoAnn Fabric coupon for the spray paint, it’s even cheaper!)

Here’s the before

the spray paintthe after…proudly perched on my shelf

Happy crafting and happy Monday!
