Sour Cream Egg Omelette

(I changed a recipe from an egg and breakfast place at Rohoboth Beach but the
principles are the same—Helen Dickey)

Fry vegetables in butter or oil (onions, green or red pepper…)
Pour whisked egg mixture* on top
put the pan in the hot oven uncovered till set.

* egg mixture:
4 eggs
one large way-over-full Tablespoon of Daisy regular sour cream
about a tablespoon of water.
